FlipAPenny is fully localized in 5 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian. Every item name, NPC dialogue, trade description, and menu is translated.
To change the language, go to your device's Settings app — or tap the Language shortcut in the game's Settings screen. Then follow these steps:

Tap Language and select your preferred language
The app will restart in the new language immediately — no need to relaunch manually.
