FlipAPenny is a single-player trading game developed by Reeves & Co. We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your data safe. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

  • Game data: Your in-game progress, inventory, and trade history are stored locally on your device using SwiftData.
  • Leaderboard data: If you opt in to leaderboards, we collect your display name and game statistics (net worth, trade count). This data is stored on our servers.
  • Device motion: Some mini-game challenges use accelerometer and magnetometer data. This data is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted or stored.
  • Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage analytics (e.g. session count, crash reports) to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is included.

Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect your name or phone number. If you join our waitlist, we store your email address solely to notify you when the app launches.
  • We do not access your contacts, photos, or location.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Third-Party Services

The app may include third-party advertising (Google AdMob) which may collect anonymous device identifiers for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device's privacy settings. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more details.

Data Storage & Security

Game progress is stored locally on your device. Leaderboard data, if opted in, is transmitted securely over HTTPS and stored in an encrypted database. We retain leaderboard data only as long as your account is active.

Children's Privacy

FlipAPenny is rated for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app can be enjoyed without providing any personal data.

Your Rights

You can delete all local game data at any time by uninstalling the app. To request deletion of leaderboard data, contact us at the address below.
